Shipping Policy

Where we ship: We ship to all 50 U.S. states.

Free shipping: Shipping is free on every order — no minimum.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking when your order ships.

Delivery time: Estimated delivery is 8–15 business days after processing. These are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, or high-demand periods.

Tracking: Every order ships with a tracking number. Please allow 1–3 days for tracking to begin updating.

Delayed or missing packages: If your tracking hasn't updated in 10+ business days, or your package shows delivered but you can't find it, email nexoeagency@gmail.com and we'll help.

Wrong address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
