SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Thalette. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.

Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high-demand periods.

Shipping cost
Shipping is FREE on all U.S. orders over $50. Orders under $50 are charged a flat rate calculated at checkout.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please allow 1–3 days for tracking to update after you receive it.

Delayed, lost, or missing packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ business days, or your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, please contact us at [support@thalette.com] and we'll help resolve it.

Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
