Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Thalette order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
- Return window: request a return within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: for hygiene and safety, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- How to start: email support@thalette.com with your order number and reason.
- Refunds: processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
- Damaged or wrong items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo — we'll replace or refund at no cost.
